The house was reorganized again into contemporary Mid Century Modern Home. This is a contemporary remodeled mid-century modern home in Austin, Texas of Kevin Pruitt, a film producer and director.
Originally built in 1967 by an eccentric builder Northwest Hills as a private residence, was “Googie” influenced, medieval houses oriented to take advantage of stunning views of the canyon walls at Bull Creek. This house was built for entertaining. From the floating lava rock fireplace that seats 8-12 people over for dinner for two large areas of outdoor entertaining for bedrooms that all open on to a kidney-shaped swimming pool.
